Burlington, Iowa – ISO-Pacific Remediation is proud to have Legacy Management Director Melendez seeing the Soil Sorting System in action!

Below is the original LinkedIn post by Office of Legacy Management on October 9, 2021.

On Sept. 9, LM Director Carmelo Melendez and staff, escorted by executive officer Maj. Nicholas Copeland and others from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, visited the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant FUSRAP site in Middletown, Iowa. The trip served as an opportunity for LM to learn more about the history of the site, see USACE’s remediation activities at the site and continue to build the working relationship between USACE and LM on the path to site transfer.
